The first step to better vision is to schedule an appointment for a complete eye exam. Please contact our office by calling 253-759-5555, or complete the online appointment request below. Be sure and select the appropriate location when requesting your appointment. Within 24 hours after you submit the form, one of our patient service representatives will contact you to confirm your appointment time.
If you feel more comfortable speaking a language other than English, we will be happy to provide an interpreter at no additional cost to you. Just remember to request interpreter services at the time you request or confirm your appointment.
