IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Pacific Northwest Eye Associates is dedicated to maintaining the health and safety of our patients and staff. Considering the ongoing COVID 19 crisis, we have adopted the following requirements for our patients being seen in both our Tacoma and Gig Harbor offices.
1. All patient and guests visiting our facilities will be screened by our staff prior to entry. This will include screening questions, as well as a temperature check.
2. All patients and guests entering our facilities are required to wear a mask for the duration of their visit. Due to the need to conserve Personal Protective Equipment for our staff, we ask that patients and guests bring their own masks to their visit.
3. Unless the patient requires assistance during their visit, guests will not be allowed to accompany patients into our facilities. Drivers will be instructed to wait in their car for the duration of the patient’s visit.
4. Our waiting areas have been reconfigured to comply with new social distancing guidelines. Please remember the “6 feet” rule during your visit.
Finally, if you are sick, you will not be allowed entry into our facilities. Please do not risk the health of others by leaving your home if you are not feeling well. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment over the phone, once you have recovered from your illness. Minimizing the risk of disease transmission requires the cooperation of everyone involved.
We appreciate and thank you for your understanding and patience during this very difficult time.
